Atmosphere

An app that provides various sounds for relaxation, sleep, or meditation. Recommended for self-soothing sounds or support with relaxing before sleep.

Calm Harm

An app to help manage or resist the urge to self-harm. Geared towards teens, this all-in-one tool offers ideas for distractions, soothing, and skills to manage overwhelming emotions.

Daylio

Functions as a quick, private micro-journal and mood tracker with clean graphics to spot patterns in your daily habits.

Finch

A daily self-care tracker app where you take care of your pet by taking care of yourself. It is especially helpful for those who struggle with self-care and need motivation to maintain healthy habits.

Gratitude Plus

An app to help practice gratitude by listing three things daily. You can share with friends and family to bond over shared joy.

Insight Timer

An app to help manage difficulties with sleep, anxiety, and stress, through guided meditations and supports in creating a wellbeing routine.

MindShift CBT

Developed by Anxiety Canada, this completely free app uses proven cognitive behavioral therapy strategies to help manage worry, panic, and social anxiety through coping cards and thought logs.

Youtube Channels

How to ADHD

A YouTube Channel dedicated to learning how to manage symptoms of ADHD and create better habits that support inattention and hyperactivity.
